Wells Fargo is seeking a Marketing Strategy Senior Lead Consultant within Consumer, Small & Business Banking (CSBB) to lead end-to-end conversion funnel optimization and digital customer eCommerce strategies, with a focus on digital shopping channels for the Consumer Bank.
Growth Marketing is responsible for driving profitable growth in new customers and balances through integrated, data-driven marketing strategies. This role will lead a high-impact, cross-functional team spanning analytics, technology, digital, product, and execution to identify, implement, and scale innovative digital marketing capabilities that accelerate customer growth and deliver seamless, customer-obsessed experiences.
The ideal candidate is highly quantitative, curious and collaborate with an innate performance mindset. This person must have a deep understanding of digital shopping behaviors, channels, and online platforms.

In this role, you will:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to improve digital conversion and customer experience
  • Lead complex initiatives, working across different functional teams, to strategize, plan, and implement new digital marketing strategies that optimize online account opening
  • Partner with multiple cross-functional teams to understand end-to-end digital performance - across page traffic, account profitability, and budget metrics
  • Deliver executive-level reporting and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, including C-suite stakeholders
  • Champion a test-and-learn culture, driving experimentation and continuous improvement across digital channels
  • Serve as a thought leader, influencing enterprise strategy and fostering alignment across lines of business, vendor partners, and internal team
  • Provide performance updates to leadership including C-suite executives
  • Review analytical results to make data-driven decisions to improve production while delivering customer-obsessed experiences
  • Embrace test and learn while being thorough in the management of details
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, eCommerce, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Marketing strategy experience with a focus on end-to-end customer acquisition through digital channels
  • 1+ years of experience working in banking or financial services
  • Demonstrated outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to present and discuss information in a way that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels
  • Ability to build a test and learn agenda through business case creation and stakeholder prioritization
  • Ability to prepare management-level presentations and influence senior decision makers
  • Strong project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently; must thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks and responsibilities
  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
