The Marketing Specialist is a highly analytical and execution-driven role focused on driving measurable growth across paid search, paid social, and marketing automation channels. This individual will manage campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and workflow automation, while also providing insights that directly influence revenue impact. The role requires strong technical expertise with HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, and paid digital platforms, combined with the ability to analyze performance data and recommend actionable optimizations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management & Optimization: Launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns on Google and Meta with daily budget, keyword, and audience adjustments. Conduct A/B tests on ads, creative, and landing pages to improve CTR, CVR, and SQL/opp conversion.
  • Landing Pages & Workflows: Finalize rollout of new LPs, including GTM setup, A/B tests, and site transition tasks. Build and optimize workflows in HubSpot and Salesforce for lead nurturing, attribution, and reporting.
  • Keyword & Ad Analysis: Conduct ongoing keyword productivity and quality score analyses—identify top performers, pause underperformers, and refine targeting. Relaunch and optimize ad copy to maintain visibility and ensure LP alignment.
  • Creative Testing & Messaging: Run creative tests for video and image ads; evaluate performance, recalibrate visuals and messaging, and analyze cost per SQL/opp. Draft new ad copy and monitor CTR/CVR shifts to improve results.
  • Funnel & Conversion Optimization: Track CVR and funnel progression, diagnose slowness, and test form adjustments (high-intent vs. volume-focused). Remove friction (e.g., 2FA) to improve lead flow and conversion.
  • Reporting & Insights: Develop and maintain dashboards in HubSpot, Databox, and internal spreadsheets for SQLs, Opps, Customers, CAC, and ROAS. Provide actionable recommendations to the Marketing Manager.
  • Data Integration: Connect ad campaign data into HubSpot/Salesforce and implement conversion tracking (e.g., Thank You Page setup) for closed-loop reporting.
  • Revenue & ROI Analysis: Evaluate impact of campaigns on projected revenue using ACV, customer duration, and opportunity data. Adjust spend and campaign allocations to maximize ROI.
  • Collaboration & Support: Coordinate with Marketing Manager on campaign strategies, optimization requests, and email marketing campaigns. Collaborate with Sales to improve pipeline quality and reporting.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot and WordPress
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to optimize campaigns, run A/B tests, and report on KPIs (CTR, CVR, SQL, ROI)
  • Proficiency in funnel analysis, keyword targeting, and conversion tracking
  • Skilled in dashboard/reporting tools (Databox, spreadsheets)
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration and communication with Marketing and Sales teams

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, paid search/social, or marketing automation.
  • Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate performance data into actionable insights and optimizations.
  • Experience with campaign optimization, A/B testing, funnel analysis, and KPI reporting.
  • Comfortable taking ownership of daily campaign performance and creative tests.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with project management software (Monday.com, Asana etc)
