Aisle Planner Pro, part of the Fullsteam organization, is seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing & Content Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness through content creation and campaign coordination. This role is responsible for managing content across digital platforms, coordinating marketing campaigns, and supporting the execution of strategies that enhance audience engagement and lead generation.

Primary Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management

  • Develop, write, and edit engaging content for various platforms including website, blog, social media, email, and print.

  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all content.

  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication.

  • Engage with customers to obtain testimonials and drive positive conversations

Marketing & Trade-Show Coordination

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels while meeting budget expectations.

  • Coordinate marketing efforts with internal departments, vendors, and partners.

  • Track and report on marketing campaign performance and KPIs.

  • Support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and schedule social media posts across various platforms.

  • Monitor engagement and respond to audience interactions in a timely manner.

  • Analyze social media insights to improve future performance.

  • Review engagement and deliver targeted efforts to affect certain audiences

Email & CRM Marketing

  • Assist in the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns.

  • Maintain and segment CRM databases for targeted communication.

  • Track and report on email performance metrics.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Creative Thinking: Demonstrates the ability to develop engaging content and contribute fresh, relevant ideas that align with brand and campaign goals.

  • Collaboration: Actively seeks to work cooperatively with internal teams and external partners to achieve shared objectives.

  • Brand Awareness: Understands and represents the Aisle Planner Pro brand voice across all content and platforms, ensuring alignment with overall strategy.

  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

  • Experience with video editing tools or platforms.

  • Knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) reporting and analytics.

  • Detail Oriented: Spots small errors before they go live and ensures accuracy across all assets.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.

  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or content-focused role.

  • Experience using Pardot

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for building relationships.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Willingness to learn new skills and be coached/mentored.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in scheduling tools and basic project management.

  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (Zoho/Salesforce/HubSpot/Canva/Wix)

  • Ability and willingness to travel to tradeshows and industry events. This includes capturing behind-the-scenes content, conducting on-site interviews, gathering video/photo assets, and helping promote the Aisle Planner Pro brand in the field.
