We are seeking a Marketing Senior Coordinator to join our team. Supporting our service lines, you will be a versatile self-starter with strong interpersonal, writing, and organizational skills, as well as a client-service orientation. We are looking for someone who can help shape marketing plans and fully execute and coordinate the campaigns that support them. This is a hybrid role requiring three days a week in the office.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:

You will execute a broad range of marketing and communications activities that support the strategic goals of the firm, help drive growth, and strengthen our brand. On any given day, the role may involve:

Campaign and Event Management & Execution

  • Assisting in the development and execution of marketing plans, campaigns, and programming aligned with the firm's brand, positioning, and growth goals

  • Planning, running, and measuring campaigns across channels, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and refining strategies to improve results

  • Supporting national campaigns spanning advertising, digital content development and distribution, social media, sponsorships, firm and executive awards, and public relations

  • Acting as project manager for branding and lead-generation activities, including in-person and virtual events, webinars, and conferences; coordinating timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables; and developing content for invitations, announcements, email marketing, and collateral

  • Coordinating hosted and sponsored events from onsite booth setup and breakdown through measuring the results of conferences and business-development events

Strategic Planning and Analysis

  • Working with firm and marketing leadership to shape and carry out marketing plans that advance the firm's growth goals

  • Conducting market research to identify trends, assess the competitive field, and surface new opportunities

  • Translating challenges into structured analyses, insights, and executive-ready deliverables based on research and data to drive performance and growth

  • Tracking marketing leads, return on investment, and touchpoints across events and campaigns

Coordination, Collaboration, and Support

  • Working with marketing and growth leaders and stakeholders to execute growth initiatives

  • Serving as a liaison between Partners and staff and the national Marketing team, and providing marketing resources to both

  • Supporting the proposal development process

  • Proofreading marketing documents for spelling, grammar, and layout, and owning the accuracy and clarity of final materials

  • Building and maintaining contact lists and databases

  • Tracking budgets for marketing initiatives, monitoring spend against plans to maximize return on investment, and routing and coding vendor invoices

  • Maintaining office inventory of marketing materials and promotional giveaways when needed

  • Monitoring prospective clients and market activity

Basic Qualifications:
  • Three to five years of marketing or communications experience, either in-house or on behalf of an organization (agency)

  • Experience working in a corporate or professional services environment

  • Bachelor's or associate degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and a consistent focus on the quality of every work product

  • Ability to lead projects or workstreams, manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and meet deadlines

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver multiple initiatives on time and on budget

  • A strong client-service orientation, anticipating the needs of internal teams and external stakeholders, and following through with care

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team

  • Ability to mentor and provide clear guidance to others

  • Ability to build and sustain professional relationships, with strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Good understanding of marketing principles and market research techniques

  • Comfort with the technical side of marketing, including MarTech stacks, platforms, tools, and the implications of AI, to help shape and support broader initiatives

  • Extensive experience with MS Office; advanced Excel skills a plus

  • Familiarity with marketing software and online tools, such as CRM and research tools, online analytics, HubSpot, social media, and project management platforms such as Monday.com

  • Familiarity with AI prompting, or willingness to earn certification

  • Ability to learn new technology platforms and research databases

  • Knowledge of accounting, tax, or other professional services a plus
