About the Role

As Marketing Operations Specialist I, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing day-to-day marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with the marketing team to build, deploy, and improve campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness. From webinars and email nurtures to events and lead uploads, you’ll help power the programs that generate pipeline and drive results. This role is ideal for someone with foundational marketing operations experience who is looking to grow their expertise in marketing technology and campaign execution.

The ideal candidate is curious, tactical, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You take pride in getting the details right and enjoy bringing structure to chaos and collaborating cross-functionally to turn strategy into execution. You’ll grow your technical skills by working alongside a strong team and using best-in-class tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Qualified, and Full Circle Insights.

Performance Objectives

30 Days – Ramp Up & Foundations

Goal: Learn the systems, build relationships, and begin execution.

  • Meet key stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps; join campaign status meetings and begin contributing
  • Complete onboarding and gain access to systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoom, Asana, etc.)
  • Shadow campaign builds and QA processes and support 1-2 live campaigns (email or webinar)
  • Review lead lifecycle stages, scoring model, UTM tracking framework, and campaign reporting dashboards
  • Begin mapping the current event upload process and identify documentation gaps
  • Deliverables
    • Create and publish a V1 QA checklist for HubSpot builds that can be shared in Asana and used across programs
    • Propose one practical AI use case for campaign or QA efficiency to test in the next 60 days

60 Days – Ownership & Execution

Goal: Take ownership of recurring processes and support live campaigns.

  • Independently build, QA, and schedule at least 3 live campaigns (email, webinar, or nurture)
  • Own lead upload process and campaign tagging for at least one major initiative
  • Draft a structured intake checklist for event uploads
  • Contribute to campaign reporting by pulling basic metrics and performance insights
  • Conduct a basic email performance audit and surface 2 areas for improvement
  • Deliverables
    • Finalize and share updated Asana templates with the team for all key Marketing Ops workflows
    • Present email audit findings with at least 2 optimization ideas to test in future campaigns
    • Draft event upload process shared with Event Marketing and RevOps for feedback

90 Days – Optimization & Growth

Goal: Demonstrate autonomy, improve systems, and deepen technical expertise.

  • Launch improvements to 1–2 workflows or QA processes
  • Partner with Event Marketing to finalize the org-wide event upload process and communication flow
  • Lead a campaign retrospective and contribute to a campaign dashboard or report in HubSpot
  • Partner with CS2 or internal teams to improve one martech integration (e.g., ZoomInfo or Qualified)
  • Build or optimize a reusable campaign asset or email template
  • Contribute to 2026 marketing operations roadmap planning
  • Deliverables
    • Final event upload process documentation, including SLAs and stakeholder communication plan
    • Internal guide or checklist documenting one optimized campaign ops process
    • HubSpot-based campaign or email performance report shared with the marketing team

Location: This position can be based anywhere in the US. We operate as a remote-first company, and invest in mandatory all-company meetings several times a year in addition to required team travel as necessary.

Performance Driven: We're looking for self-starters with a track record of delivering excellent results, but we're highly selective about who we hire. We don't focus on typical job requirements, instead, we're interested in specific examples from your past experiences. All positions can be based anywhere in the US, and require up to 15 days of travel per year, with senior management and leadership teams requiring up to 35 days.

Compensation: The base salary for this position generally ranges between $88,000 and $98,000, depending on experience, and is bonus eligible.
