Keeper Security is hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist, Automation to join our global marketing team. This is a 100% remote position, with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates who live near our global headquarters in Chicago, Illinois.

About the Role

The Marketing Operations Specialist, Automation will be responsible for maintaining CRM data integrity, managing enrichment and segmentation processes and building scalable marketing automation programs that support lead generation and pipeline growth. This role will partner closely with Demand Generation, Customer Marketing, Event Marketing, Marketing Operations, RevOps and Sales to ensure accurate data flow, optimized nurture journeys and seamless system performance across HubSpot and Salesforce.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, process-driven and comfortable working within complex automation environments to ensure data accuracy and campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Own data governance standards and field definitions across HubSpot. 
  • Manage deduplication process, ensure accurate lead-to-account matching, monitor and improve data completeness, implementing validation rules and automation to prevent inaccurate or incomplete data entry. 
  • Partner cross-functionally to align teams on CRM best practices and data hygiene standards
  • Manage enrichment integrations and associated workflows to optimize data and continuously audit data quality using dashboards to improve reporting and campaign effectiveness
  • Ensure account and contact data accuracy supports targeting and segmentation strategy
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date marketing lists for campaigns, nurtures, outbound initiatives for all areas of marketing including suppression lists and audience exclusions
  • maintain clean segmentation logic, optimize account and contact data supports targets. Maintain the most up-to-date lists for marketing team to use for prospect, opportunity, and customer communications and initiatives
  • Build and maintain scalable multi-stage nurture programs to support leads passed back to marketing from sales to nurture based on nurture reason. 
  • Own re-engagement and lead recycling campaigns to maximize database value.
  • Monitor nurture performance, data quality, and email metrics to drive improvements
  • Conduct A/B tests and identify drop-offs in nurture sequences and optimize flow
  • Maintain marketing automation workflows, troubleshoot automation failures or sync discrepancies between HubSpot and Salesforce, document processes and automation logic, continuously improve processes
  • Continuously evaluate and improve automation processes to enhance efficiency and performance

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Marketing Operations or Marketing Automation experience in B2B SaaS
  • Hands on expertise in HubSpot marketing automation and strong working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Experience managing CRM data hygiene, deduplication and enrichment processes
  • Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, segmentation strategies and nurture best practices
  • Experience building behavior-triggered and lifecycle-triggered automation workflows
  • Ability to troubleshoot system integrations and resolve data sync discrepancies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and governance
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field

Preferred

  • Experience in cybersecurity or high-growth B2B SaaS environments
  • HubSpot certifications
  • Experience working with enrichment and martech tools such as ZoomInfo, Demandbase or similar platforms
  • Experience supporting ABM and outbound automation programs
  • Experience using project management tools such as Monday.com

5. International Transfers

Your data may be accessed by Keeper entities globally as needed for the purposes of hiring and decision making. We protect any such data transfer between Keeper entities using appropriate safeguards under applicable data protection laws.

6. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, consistent with our industry leading security standards.

7. Retention

We keep your data for 24 months from your last application activity, then delete or anonymize it.

Exceptions:

  • You opt into our talent database for further retention by providing consent (extended retention)
  • You're hired (transfers to employee records)

8. Your Rights

You have the following rights and can contact us at the email below to exercise them:

  • Access, correct, or delete your data, subject to applicable law and retention requirements
  • Object to or restrict processing
  • Withdraw consent (where applicable)
  • Request data portability
  • Lodge a complaint with your data protection authority
