Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across diverse channels. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing the impact of campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate pipeline, and support our business objectives.


An ideal candidate is a self-starter with a history of building their own campaigns from start to finish. 

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital marketing (social media, programmatic, email marketing, SEO, SEM), trade publications, public relations (PR), direct mail, and other relevant channels.
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. Optimize your marketing mix to maximize pipeline creation and enhance close rates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, etc.) and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Tailor marketing strategies and tactics to specific industry verticals.

Sales Enablement:

  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, product sheets, integration documents, ROI calculators, and competitive analyses.
  • Ensure sales teams have the necessary resources and information to effectively engage prospects and close deals.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM):

  • Plan and implement strategies to target and engage key named accounts.
  • Produce highly relevant content for named accounts at the top, middle, and bottom of the funnel.
  • Utilize ABM tools and platforms to personalize marketing efforts and distribute appropriate content to accounts based on their stage.

Partner Marketing:

  • Build campaigns to market to, and market through, major partners in the food service and point-of-sale technology space.
  • Create and co-marketing materials including partner-specific case studies, internal presentations, and integration sheets.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Analyze campaign performance data and generate comprehensive reports.
  • Identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work with sales, customer success, and product teams to refine messaging and build winning playbooks for repeatable pipeline growth and client expansion.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extensive experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Strong understanding of ABM, digital marketing tools, and CRM systems like Salesforce and Hubspot.
  • Experience managing budgets and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in startups as an early marketing hire
  • Storytelling experience around AI or other disruptive technologies
  • Experience marketing to the food service industry
  • A history of creative, unique, and effective marketing campaigns
  • Proven ability to work with and manage external agencies.
