Job Description:
As a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns that generate leads, drive product adoption and support customer renewals for Pluralsight’s B2B segments.
You will be responsible for orchestrating seamless, cross-channel customer experiences by aligning efforts across key teams—including media, creative, events, demand generation, web, and revenue. In this strategic role, you’ll ensure that every prospect and customer touchpoint reflects a cohesive and high-quality Pluralsight experience.
Who you’re committed to being:
You enjoy learning and are open to new ways of doing things.
You are not afraid to be yourself, experiment, make mistakes and learn from them, ask questions, or voice your concerns.
When communicating you are self-aware, insightful, and proactive.
You are a team member first and individual contributor second. You are aware that high-performing teams are only as strong as their weakest link.
You believe in continuous improvement and request frequent feedback from others.
What you'll do:
Drive end-to-end campaign execution: from strategy and collaborator alignment to kickoff, creative development, and performance analysis.
Translate business objectives into impactful, customer-centric marketing strategies that connect across every stage of the buyer journey.
Develop strategic, integrated campaign briefs and partner with stakeholders from kickoff to launch to ensure alignment, clarity, and creative impact.
Review all campaign creative assets, provide thoughtful feedback, and coordinate stakeholder approvals to maintain consistency and quality.
Own and lead the B2B email marketing calendar, prioritizing and organizing inputs from multiple teams to ensure timely and effective communications.
Partner closely with Marketing Operations, MarComms, and Data teams to drive seamless execution of email campaigns.
Champion deep collaboration with key cross-functional teams—digital, revenue, enablement, public sector, and more—to ensure every touchpoint delivers a seamless, unified brand experience.
Experience you'll bring:
Demonstrated knowledge and success in a B2B integrated marketing role with comparable scope and responsibility.
A strategic attitude paired with tactical strength—able to see the big picture and dive into the details.
Strong experience developing creative briefs and working alongside internal creative teams to bring ideas to life.
Strong background in email marketing, with a solid understanding of standard methodologies, segmentation strategies, and performance optimization.
Tried ability to drive measurable outcomes across growth, adoption, customer retention, and overall campaign effectiveness.
Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Adept at building alignment across teams and confidently presenting program strategies and recommendations to senior leadership.
Highly organized with strong project management capabilities, ensuring timely and efficient execution of marketing initiatives.
Self-starter with ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and a drive to make a significant impact.
Requirements:
Requires a minimum of 8 years of related or equivalent experience; or 6+ years with an advanced degree
