JOB SUMMARY
The Manager, Digital Creative Marketing - Business drives demand generation strategies across small, medium and large business segments. This role will oversee digital marketing initiatives focused on account-based marketing (ABM), audience building, brand awareness, and lifecycle enablement-leveraging technology, connectivity, and internet/mobile solutions to accelerate business growth. This role will be developing multi-channel campaigns, personalized content, and data-driven engagement strategies. Responsible for integrating SEO, thought leadership, lead nurturing, social media, influencer marketing, and community engagement into high-performing marketing programs that drive customer acquisition and retention
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute digital demand generation strategies tailored to small, medium, and large businesses. Implement ABM initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to engage key decision-makers. Refine audience segmentation strategies to target high-value accounts with personalized content and experiences. Drive brand awareness and engagement through integrated digital campaigns, ensuring messaging consistency and impact.
Oversee the development of thought leadership content, including SEO-driven articles, case studies, webinars, and online events to position Spectrum Business as an industry leader. Design and optimize lead nurturing programs to enhance the customer journey from awareness to conversion. Manage targeted advertising campaigns (PPC, display, retargeting, LinkedIn, and programmatic ads) to maximize engagement.
Utilize customer insights and behavioral analytics to create personalized digital content experiences. Work with internal and agency creative teams to develop high-impact marketing assets, including copy, design, video, and experiential content. Develop and execute social media and influencer marketing strategies, fostering partnerships to enhance brand credibility and trust. Lead community-building initiatives that drive customer advocacy and long-term engagement. Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and analytics teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness. Leverage marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM tools (Salesforce) to track engagement and conversion rates. Utilize A/B testing, audience segmentation, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to refine messaging, creative execution, and campaign strategy.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Knowledge of technology, connectivity, internet, and mobile industries
Proven success in executing data-driven digital marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and
revenue growth
Expertise in SEO, content marketing, webinars, case studies, lead nurturing, targeted ads, and social
media marketing
Experience with marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot), CRM platforms (Salesforce),
and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
Proven expertise in audience segmentation, personalization, and performance-driven marketing strategy
Ability to manage creative strategy and execution, working cross-functionally with internal teams and
agency partners
Demonstrated communication and project management skills, with a passion for innovation and
customer-centric marketing
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Business, or related discipline and/or equivalent experience
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
B2B digital marketing, with a focus on demand generation, ABM, and customer experience - 5
Graphic design experience - 5 Marketing experience within an agency or client-side role 5 Experience in creative tactical development, particularly with websites and digital media - 5
