Hanover Park builds AI systems that run the financial operations of the world’s most sophisticated investment firms. As an AI-enabled service and fund administrator, we’ve become the way fund CFOs adopt AI. We've raised $31 million from Emergence (investor in Salesforce/Zoom), Susa (investor in Robinhood/Flexport) and angel investor fund CFOs from Bain Capital ($180B), Clearlake ($100B), CD&R ($80B), and Hellman & Friedman ($80B).
Our mission is to be the financial infrastructure to orchestrate how the world's capital is operated, governed and allocated. Stripe for payments. Ramp for expenses. Hanover Park for investments. In the next decade, the AI systems we build will advise $100B investment firms on their largest acquisitions and eventually unlock alpha for investors.
About the roleWe're bringing on our first marketing hire. You'll define how Hanover Park looks, sounds, and shows up in the world, for an audience of fund CFOs, GPs, and finance teams who are hard to impress and harder to reach.
This is a company-defining seat across three areas: brand, events, and growth. We expect you to be exceptional at all of them. You'll own each from idea through execution, with no playbook to inherit.
What you'll work onBrand. Craft the look and feel of a company that doesn't fit an existing category. You'll think every day about one of our most enduring assets.
Define our visual identity, voice, and story, and hold the bar across the website, decks, product, and social
Build a brand that institutional investors trust on day one, without looking and feeling like the legacy administrators they're used to
Shape how founders and early team members show up publicly
Events. Throw events our customers, prospects, and prospective hires are dying to go to.
Build our events program from scratch: intimate CFO dinners, VIP experiences, and our first customer conference
Own every detail, from guest list and venue to run-of-show and follow-up
Turn events into relationships that our sales and deployment teams can build on
Growth. Rethink the traditional B2B growth playbook for an AI-native services company.
Run fast experiments to find repeatable, scalable channels
Only keep what makes the brand stronger, not what cheapens it
Partner with sales and engineering on pipeline, content, and launch moments
3+ years in brand, marketing, or events, with real work you can point to and say "I made that"
Deep excellence in at least two of brand, events, and growth
High agency and a bias to ship; you'd rather launch and iterate than plan for a quarter
Comfort with ambiguity and building without a playbook
You may be:
A brand or marketing lead at a B2B or fintech startup that punched above its weight
An events or hospitality operator who has delivered high-touch experiences for demanding guests and wants to build a function from zero to one
A creative or design lead who wants to own the whole brand, not one channel
Familiar with private markets, VC, or the CFO world, which is a strong plus but not required
This isn't the right fit if:
You want an established brand guide and a team to manage on day one
You think events mean booth space and swag
You'd rather manage agencies and vendors than roll up your sleeves and do the work yourself
You think strategy and execution are two different jobs
We're growing fast, and nobody has defined what we look like to the outside world yet. The first marketing hire sets the brand that every future customer, candidate, and investor will meet. You'll work directly with the founders and see your work land in the room with the people who run capital.
