Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and coordinate events by identifying, assembling and organizing requirements; establishing contracts, developing budgets and schedules; managing mailing lists to ensure event success
  • Assist in the planning and coordinating of all marketing events
  • Responsible for creating, implementing and managing the success of highly comprehensive marketing and communication functions; in the areas of branding, website content, social media, public relations, and campaigns
  • Assure that consistent communication of image and position are pertinent and practiced throughout the organization
  • Responsible for researching, developing, writing, editing, and proofreading original written a graphical content for capabilities packages, proposals and interviews
  • Prepare “E-blasts”, maintain email database
  • Maintains and updates the marketing calendar as well as the weekly content calendar
  • Tracks, collates and maintains inventory of marketing materials
  • Monitor and use web analytics
  • Leads projects as assigned, such as special events
  • Partner with Director of Marketing on various tasks and projects
  • Perform all other job duties and responsibilities assigned

Qualifications:

  • A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work cooperatively with a variety of people
  • A team player with excellent communications skills with all levels of management
  • Ability to be self-directed and a self-starter with an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach
  • Ability to multitask under tight schedules and deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to hand off projects and quickly re-tool for new projects

Requisites:

  • Bachelors in Marketing required
  • 3-5 years of industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must be fluent in Spanish in addition to English
