The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the social media presence of both Dr. Max Polo, Miami Plastic Surgery (MPS), and DermCare Management. This position will play a crucial role in developing engaging content, implementing effective social media strategies, and enhancing brand visibility across various social channels. Additionally, the Marketing coordinator will be involved in content creation, video editing, event planning, and scheduling of social media posts.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies for Dr. Polo, Miami Plastic Surgery, and DermCare Management.
  • Manage and maintain the social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Create compelling and engaging content that aligns with the brand's voice and tone.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize content reach and engagement.

Content Creation and Copywriting:

  • Generate high-quality written and visual content for social media platforms, blog posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Write persuasive and compelling copy that effectively communicates the brand's message and attracts the target audience.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual aesthetics across all social channels.
  • Video Editing and Production:
  • Edit and enhance videos for social media platforms, ensuring optimal visual and audio quality.
  • Incorporate graphics, animations, and effects to create visually appealing and engaging video content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm video concepts, storyboards, and scripts.
  • Stay updated with video editing techniques, tools, and trends to deliver high-quality videos.

Content Scheduling and Analytics:

  • Create and manage a content calendar to schedule social media posts and ensure consistent content delivery.
  • Utilize social media management tools to schedule, automate, and monitor content performance.
  • Analyze social media metrics, track campaign results, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of social media efforts.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations based on data- driven insights.

Event Planning and Coordination:

  • Assist in planning and organizing events related to Dr. Polo, Miami Plastic Surgery, and DermCare Management.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, invitations, and marketing materials
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and copywriting.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Creativity and ability to think outside the box to generate engaging content.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Reporting Structure:

The Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the MPS office administrator, DermCare’s Vice President of Marketing and the Marketing Manager of Brand & Engagement. You will work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
