The Marketing Coordinator role is responsible for supporting day-to-day marketing execution while helping bring the brand to life visually across digital, print, social, and field marketing channels. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, this role sits at the intersection of marketing coordination, content execution, and light creative production—supporting campaigns, organizing projects, and ensuring branded materials are polished, accurate, and delivered on time.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone early in their career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, creatively driven, and eager to grow across multiple areas of marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Help maintain campaign calendars, project timelines, and marketing workflows
  • Coordinate deliverables across internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule
  • Assist with campaign reporting, tracking, and organization of marketing performance metrics

Creative & Design Support

  • Create and edit marketing materials including social media graphics, presentations, flyers, brochures, email graphics, signage, and promotional assets
  • Support the design and layout of branded materials across digital and print formats
  • Resize, format, and adapt creative assets for multiple platforms and specifications
  • Assist with presentation formatting and visual storytelling for internal and external communications
  • Maintain organized libraries of creative files, templates, and brand assets
  • Prepare basic print-ready files and coordinate with production vendors as needed

Brand & Content Coordination

  • Help maintain brand consistency across all customer-facing materials and marketing channels
  • Assist with writing, proofreading, and editing marketing copy for presentations, emails, social posts, and promotional materials
  • Support website updates and content management tasks
  • Coordinate promotional merchandise, branded materials, and creative asset requests

Event & Field Marketing Support

  • Support event logistics, sponsorship activations, and marketing setup needs
  • Assist with ordering, organizing, and distributing signage, apparel, and promotional materials
  • Help ensure field teams and local markets have the assets needed to execute successfully
  • Support in-market marketing efforts with printed materials, signage, and branded collateral

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing team
  • Assist with vendor communication, invoices, purchase orders, and shipping logistics
  • Maintain organization across marketing systems, shared drives, and project files
  • Support multiple fast-moving priorities in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment

Qualifications:

Core Skill Sets

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and execution
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments

Creative & Design Skills

  • Strong eye for design, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to create polished, on-brand marketing materials with minimal direction
  • Experience with Canva required; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
  • Understanding of basic print production and formatting requirements

Marketing & Communication

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, email marketing, social media, and analytics
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, HR, operations, and vendors

Technical & Operational Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Strong PowerPoint or Google Slides presentation design skills
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools

  • Experience working with vendors, printers, or promotional materials is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail

What Success Looks Like
