Summary

The Claims Analyst will play a critical role and lead the completion and processing of claims and order processing. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with high accountability, have a strong analytical mindset, be a proactive and clear communicator, and have a strong understanding of financials and supply chain models.

Essential Functions

  • Claims & Order Processing: Provide analytical support and administration of claims, credit holds, processing of customer orders.
  • Supply Chain Governance: Provide insights and recommendations through monitoring of rebates, material flows, and customer orders.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to enhance data-driven decision-making processes and conduct in-depth analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive improved business performance.
  • Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations on optimization.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports and summaries of dashboards to branches, cross-functional teams and management
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support in completion of tasks
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in Inventory Control, Supply Chain and/or
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Inventory management, statistical analysis, and systems. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Excel, Power Bi).
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

The noise level in some work environments is occasionally loud.
