Location Preference: Remote (US preferred, ET and CT timezones ideal)

About The Role:

As a Associate Marketing Manager at Fingerprint, you'll own the execution of our event and webinar campaigns from start to finish — building the emails, landing pages, and campaign assets that bring our strategy to life. You'll work in close, day-to-day partnership with our Performance Marketing Manager, who sets strategic direction and provides execution guidance, while also collaborating cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Design, Sales, and Operations to launch campaigns that run smoothly, stay on schedule, and deliver a great experience for prospects and customers.

You'll be responsible for managing webinar logistics, coordinating campaign timelines, and ensuring every campaign is executed with attention to detail — from QA to reporting on performance. This role is ideal for someone who's organized, enjoys owning projects, and is eager to grow their execution skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end execution of webinar and event marketing campaigns
  • Build, QA, and launch emails, landing pages, forms, and workflows in HubSpot
  • Coordinate campaign timelines and keep stakeholders aligned on deliverables and deadlines
  • Manage webinar logistics, including registration pages, reminder emails, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up
  • Build and launch supporting campaigns across email and paid channels
  • Partner with Design and Content teams to ensure campaign assets are delivered on schedule
  • Partner with the BDR team to align event follow-up, lead activation, and post-event outreach
  • Build pre-event target lists and audience segments to support campaign execution
  • Own campaign reporting and performance analysis, maintaining accurate data in HubSpot and Salesforce while turning insights into recommendations for optimization.
  • Own campaign QA before launch to ensure emails, landing pages, forms, and workflows are working as expected
  • Support campaign optimization by testing new ideas and identifying opportunities to improve event performance.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B campaign marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or a similar marketing role
  • Experience building emails, landing pages, forms, and workflows in HubSpot
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and how marketing campaigns are managed in a CRM
  • You have a test-and-learn mindset—you never settle for "good enough" and are constantly experimenting with new tactics, channels, and messaging to improve results.
  • Some experience supporting paid digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, or similar platforms)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal day-to-day direction
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn
  • Role requires proficiency with macOS and comfort working fully remotely using tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom Webinar, and Asana

Compensation & Transparency

At Fingerprint, we believe in pay transparency — it's part of how we operate as a distributed, remote-first team.  Salaries are based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies.

Because this role is open across the United States and can be based anywhere our team members work from, the salary range reflects that geographic breadth: $59,000 - $80,000.

Some example salaries for specific locations are below:

New York City: $70,000 - $80,000

Chicago: $59,000 - $68,000

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including the successful candidate's location, experience, and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.

Due to regulatory and security reasons, there’s a small number of countries where we cannot have Fingerprint teammates based. Additionally, because Fingerprint is an all-remote company and people can join our workforce from almost any country, we do not sponsor visas. Fingerprint teammates need to be authorized to work from their home location.

We are dedicated to creating an inclusive work environment for everyone. We embrace and celebrate the unique experiences, perspectives and cultural backgrounds that each employee brings to our workplace. Fingerprint strives to foster an environment where our employees feel respected, valued and empowered, and our team members are at the forefront in helping us promote and sustain an inclusive workplace. We highly encourage people from underrepresented groups in tech to apply.

**We have noticed a rise in recruiting impersonations across the industry, where scammers attempt to access candidates' personal and financial information through fake interviews and offers. All Fingerprint recruiting email communications will always come from the @fingerprint.com domain. Any outreach claiming to be from Fingerprint via other sources should be ignored.
