About the role
We are seeking a highly analytical, proactive Marketing Analytics professional with deep expertise in media performance analysis across the direct-to-consumer (DTC) space. This is a senior-level individual contributor role, designed for someone who thrives on owning high-impact analytical initiatives without direct people management responsibilities.
You will take ownership of analytics for a subset of our marketing channels, such as Direct Mail, SEM, Paid Social, or Programmatic, working with substantial marketing investments. Your work will directly influence strategy, budgeting, and performance outcomes across acquisition channels

Your responsibilities- Channel Performance Analysis: Own and enhance comprehensive reporting and deep-dive analyses for paid media channels, identifying opportunities for improved scale and efficiency.
- Strategic Influence: Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights and recommendations to influence cross-functional decision-making.
- Media Attribution & Incrementality: Lead the implementation and enhancement of attribution models and incrementality tests to advance measurement capabilities and inform media strategies.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Develop and maintain scalable dashboards in tools like Sigma to deliver actionable insights to Marketing and Finance teams.
- Budget Optimization: Partner strategically with channel owners to provide recommendations that drive efficient media spend, optimize CAC/LTV, and enhance ROI.
- Campaign Experimentation: Support test design, execution, and analysis for A/B and geo-experiments, particularly for new creative, audience targeting, and media tactics.
- Data Ownership: Write advanced, optimized SQL queries to pull, transform, and QA complex datasets from various internal and third-party sources, ensuring data accuracy and performance at scale.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing/media analytics, preferably in high-growth DTC or performance marketing environments.
- Proven track record working with advertisers managing substantial marketing investments.
- Expertise in SQL and experience building dashboards in Tableau, Sigma, or equivalent tools.
- Strong analytical skills with knowledge of media attribution, A/B and Incrementality testing.
- Experience collaborating closely with marketing, growth, and data science teams.
- Natural curiosity and a data-driven mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
- Ability to balance rigor and speed—comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and present to senior stakeholders.

Fully paid parental leave
- Point will true-up wages from state-applicable PFL earnings so that the employee’s total gross pay will be equivalent to 100% of their regular base pay, as well as two weeks of fully paid leave to be available after exhaustion of state PFL.
- For employees in states without Paid Family Leave, Point will provide up to 8 weeks of paid parental leave.
- In addition, all employees will receive 4 weeks of fully paid transition time. For four weeks after returning from parental leave, and following the use of all other paid leave benefits, you may work part-time, meaning two or three days per week, and receive 100% of regular base pay.

Compensation at Point will be determined by skills, experience, and geographic location. Point has identified the expected annual base salary for this role at this level based on the market by tiers (Region | Location | Market Salary):
- Tier 1 | San Francisco Bay Area, New York, Los Angeles, & Seattle | $143,700 - $194,400
- Tier 2 | Chicago, Austin, Denver, Boston, Washington DC, San Diego | $122,400 - $165,600
- Tier 3 | All other US metro areas | $114,800 - $155,300
This does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, including equity, benefits, and perks outlined above. At the launch of each position, we benchmark compensation to the appropriate role and level utilizing competitive compensation data from various data sources as references. At the offer stage, we use the signal we received from our interviews, coupled with your experience, location, and other job-related factors to determine final compensation.
Location Requirement: This is a remote position. However, candidates must reside in one of Point’s states of operation: AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, KS, KY, MA, MI, MN, MO, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, or WA.
