Summary
As a Senior Marketing Insights & Analytics Manager, you'll be playing a crucial role in analyzing, optimizing, and driving pipeline growth across diverse segments, including Enterprise, Mid Market, SMB, and Cross-sell.
In this strategic position, you will lead the development and continuous refinement of our global pipeline model, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline health. You will leverage advanced analytics, AI, and data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and accelerate pipeline velocity. Your expertise will directly influence business outcomes by identifying gaps, scaling pipeline acceleration tactics, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns to maximize impact.
Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and own data models and reporting frameworks that track pipeline quality, velocity, conversion, and efficiency from first touch to closed won assessing pipeline health, conversion rates, and reduce sales cycle time across the entire sales process.
Leverage BI & AI tools to uncover patterns and trends across funnel stages (MQL → SAL → SQL → CW), delivering real-time visibility and actionable insights.
Lead pipeline forecasting efforts and deliver data-driven recommendations by analyzing key metrics such as MQLs, SALs, SQLs, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity.
Lead quarterly pipeline diagnostics to assess performance gaps and recommend initiatives to accelerate movement through the funnel.
Collaborate closely with Marketing Ops, Sales Strategy, ABM, Lifecycle, and Partner teams to align targeting strategies and demand capture initiatives.
Own the development of dashboards and executive briefings that clearly communicate opportunities, risks, and performance against KPIs.
Play a central role in aligning AI strategies across pipeline operations and evaluating campaign effectiveness.
Clearly and effectively communicate findings, insights, and strategic recommendations during weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in B2B analytics, with a proven track record of developing and advancing analytics frameworks, optimizing pipeline performance, and driving data-informed decision-making within marketing and sales pipeline contexts within a SaaS or tech environment.
Deep knowledge of demand funnel metrics (MQL, SAL, SQL, CW) and pipeline operations across all segments.
Advanced skills with BI platforms (Looker, Tableau, or similar).
Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders using clear communication, data storytelling, and strategic insight.
Experience navigating ambiguity, managing multiple priorities, and delivering high-quality output under tight timelines.
Comfortable working with executive stakeholders and distilling complex data into executive-ready narratives.
Curious, growth-minded, and excited by fast-changing environments and bleeding-edge technologies.
Experience with Salesforce data modeling and reporting
Background in machine learning or predictive modeling in a GTM context
Proven ability to manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously
Skilled at spotting opportunities and uniting teams to develop effective solutions
