About the Role:

As a Market Intelligence Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our market strategy by providing deep insights into industry trends, competitor movements, customer needs, and emerging opportunities. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Product to deliver actionable intelligence that enhances our positioning and accelerates our growth in key markets.

What You’ll Do
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, emerging technologies, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Customer & Buyer Insights: Analyze customer behaviors, pain points, and buying criteria to refine targeting strategies and value propositions.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy Support: Provide data-driven insights to optimize sales playbooks, marketing campaigns, and product positioning.
  • Industry Benchmarking: Track key metrics across the AI infrastructure landscape, including pricing, adoption trends, and technology advancements.
  • Intelligence Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations that communicate key findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Product teams to translate intelligence into tactical and strategic initiatives.
  • Emerging Trends & Opportunities: Identify new market segments, partnership opportunities, and whitespace areas to drive future growth.

Who You Are
  • 5+ years of experience in market intelligence, competitive analysis, or strategy within the technology industry (AI, cloud computing, or enterprise software preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization, modeling, and market research methodologies.
  • Proficiency in competitive intelligence tools, market research platforms, and CRM analytics.
  • Ability to distill complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive teams.
  • Self-starter with a strategic mindset and a passion for AI and emerging technologies.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $78,775 - $90,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position also includes a discretionary bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
