The Opportunity
As a Manufacturing QMS Consultant Manager you will lead client work focused on product development and manufacturing processes, with an emphasis on quality management systems, validation, and Veeva-enabled solutions within our Operations Consulting practice. As a Manager you will coach teams, manage project workstreams, and apply sound judgment to review deliverables, guide problem solving, and support client priorities across complex engagements. In this role at PwC, you will help clients streamline processes, improve productivity, reduce waste, and strengthen quality across the product lifecycle while working across cross-functional teams and using digital tools to support delivery.
Responsibilities
- Leading manufacturing quality management system workstreams for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients
- Guiding teams through validation planning, process documentation, and controlled change activities across product development and manufacturing environments
- Managing client engagements by prioritizing deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Reviewing manufacturing strategies, quality processes, and operational data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
- Applying Veeva platform knowledge to support quality workflows, documentation control, and system-enabled process improvement
- Translating compliance and standards requirements into practical operating procedures for regulated manufacturing settings
- Coaching team members on project execution, problem solving, and client delivery across multiple workstreams
- Monitoring deliverable quality, resolving issues, and escalating risks or conflicts when needed
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Biology/Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering, Environmental Science/Sustainability, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, Science
- Demonstrating Veeva QMS consulting in pharmaceutical or life sciences settings
- Managing validation activities across manufacturing and quality systems
- Applying manufacturing strategy, lean practices, and process documentation
- Leading client workstreams, coaching teams, and mentoring junior staff
- Using analytical thinking to translate system interactions into action
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
