This is a senior, commercially focused consulting leadership role with responsibility for business development, strategic account leadership, client relationships and delivery. You’ll build and grow senior client relationships, originate and convert new opportunities, lead priority accounts and provide executive leadership across complex client engagements.

You’ll bring a strong point of view on how digital assets, digital money, tokenization and emerging payment infrastructure are changing banking and payments, combined with the commercial instincts and consulting experience to translate these developments into practical client opportunities and sustainable revenue growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow strategic Banking & Payments accounts, developing account strategies, executive relationships, pipelines and opportunities that translate into sustainable consulting revenue.

  • Originate and lead the full sales lifecycle, from identifying client needs and shaping executive agendas through solution development, proposals, commercial negotiation and close.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives on digital money, stablecoins, tokenized deposits, blockchain-enabled and cross-border payments, payment modernization, digital asset products and supporting operating models and infrastructure.

  • Provide executive leadership across complex strategy and transformation engagements, maintaining accountability for client outcomes, delivery quality, commercial performance and senior stakeholder relationships.

  • Help shape and execute Capco’s Digital Assets growth agenda by developing differentiated propositions, building ecosystem relationships and bringing together strategy, banking, payments, technology, data, risk and regulatory capabilities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Significant consulting, advisory or financial services experience, with experience operating at a senior consulting leadership level and owning and growing major financial services accounts.

  • A strong commercial track record of originating, shaping and closing consulting opportunities, creating pipeline and building sustained relationships with senior executives across banking and payments.

  • Deep understanding of banking and payments, including the business models, economics, infrastructure, technology and regulatory considerations shaping the industry.

  • Strong knowledge of digital assets and their application within banking and payments, including stablecoins, tokenized deposits, digital money, blockchain-enabled payments, tokenization and distributed ledger technology.

  • Experience leading complex strategy, transformation, operating model and technology-enabled engagements, combined with strong commercial judgment, executive communication and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience developing propositions and go-to-market strategies within digital assets, payments modernization or emerging payment infrastructure.

  • Established relationships across the broader banking, payments, fintech, technology or digital asset ecosystem.

  • Experience helping clients move from strategic ambition through business case, proposition design, operating model, technology decisions, implementation and scaled adoption.

  • Experience building and developing high-performing consulting teams and coaching senior consulting talent.

  • An entrepreneurial approach and interest in helping build and grow a differentiated consulting business.
