Do you thrive in driving strategic supplier initiatives that create measurable impact? Spectrum is seeking a dedicated Manager, Supplier Programs to lead the coordination and management of supplier programs within our Procurement Operations Team. You will be the primary contact for supplier engagement, oversee small business participation, and ensure compliance and reporting accuracy. Your leadership will help strengthen small business capabilities and support organizational goals, making a meaningful difference across our operations.
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Coordinate and manage supplier engagement to achieve organizational goals with a focus on small business participation
  • Develop and implement supplier programs that prioritize small business involvement and community-focused sourcing
  • Partner with leadership to identify goals and oversee the execution of supplier programs for strategic outcomes
  • Manage processes and controls for accurate reporting of supplier program spending and community activities in Spectrum Procurement Systems
  • Collaborate with the Procurement Analytics Team to measure, analyze, and report spending and supplier activity organization-wide
  • Monitor supplier performance, program effectiveness, and impact metrics, reporting results to leadership
  • Propose initiatives for supplier development, including capacity building, mentorship, and networking to enhance small business capabilities

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Experience
  • 3+ years of supplier program management or related experience
  • 3 years of management experience
  • 2+ years of data analytics and presentation experience

Skills
  • Proficient in Windows office tools and strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint experience
  • Superior organizational, analytical, and relationship-building skills
  • Outstanding verbal communication, report development, and written presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
    Strong customer service orientation

Preferred Qualifications
Experience
  • Experience with CPUC GO156 Utilities Annual Supplier Reports and Plans

Skills
  • Familiarity with local, regional, and national small business support networks and community organizations
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Commitment to corporate social responsibility and sustainable sourcing practices
