Be part of the connection:
You provide daily management of multiple software teams, including hiring, performance management and growth opportunities. You manage all aspects of the SDLC, to include testing and planning future complex projects. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment.

  • Guide a team of software developers responsible for quality and timely execution of delivery.
  • Strong team leadership qualities with proven experience growing and mentoring teams.
  • Present proposed solutions and report on project status to leadership.
  • Organize and delegate work assignments to complete software projects.
  • Plan and manage projects by estimating the work scope, implementing software proposals and ensuring adequate project documentation.
  • Manage resources, prioritize workloads, make decisions independently and resolve issues.


What you bring to Spectrum Enterprise
Required qualifications:

  • Experience: Two or more years of leadership experience; Five or more years of software engineering experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Technical skills: Expert understanding of software engineering and object-oriented design principles; Knowledge of Java, Spring, Google Guice, JPA/Hibernate, Databases (Relational and NoSQL), RESTful web services, Jersey, SOAP web services, Axis, JMS, ESB's, XML, XSD, XSL, JSON, HTML5, JavaScript, Apache open source libraries, Maven, Git, Eclipse/NetBeans/IntelliJ, continuous integration testing, shell scripting and Rub.
  • Skills: English communication skills.
  • Abilities: Hands-on management approach.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience as a full-stack or front-end focused developer.
  • Knowledge of microservice architecture.
  • Experience with TypeScript and modern frameworks/libraries (React, NextJS).
  • Experience with Version Control, CI/CD, SDLC.
  • Experience with Python frameworks like Django or FastAPI.
