Under the direction of the Director, Sales, the Manager, Sales Enablement is responsible for maximizing revenue growth and client success by developing and optimizing frameworks, methodologies, sales technology and processes to enable scalable and efficient business development across key markets, industries, and service lines.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Director, Sales to equip the firm with knowledge, tools, and processes to maximize revenue growth and client success.
  • Establish and own the process for growth approaches and best practices for the firm's prioritized growth areas, creating alignment across service lines, industries, and geographies.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive growth training methodology and programming in partnership with Learning & Development to ensure associates, partners, and Business Developers have the necessary skills and knowledge to drive revenue growth throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Develop & deliver growth content, including playbooks, templates, sales sheets, etc., leveraging cross-functional teams to develop and execute required content.
  • Collaborate with the Growth Initiatives Director on roll out and change management for firmwide growth execution priorities, such as Client Portfolio Management, Sales & Revenue Crediting, etc.
  • Collaborate with the Growth Intelligence Director to identify technology and system needs to support ongoing growth enablement activities.
  • Drive user adoption and understanding of the revenue technology tools.
  • Provide resources, tools, and process support to the Director, Sales, National Leader of Industry and Sales Strategy, and Industry Leaders to execute growth initiatives effectively.
  • Foster collaboration cross-functionally across Growth, Marketing, Finance, and Industry Leaders to align on growth objectives, messaging, and client experience.
  • Support firm culture through inclusive leadership and the enhancement of the client and associate experiences.
  • Evaluate the success of training and enablement programs, in conjunction with our Learning & Development team.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (required).
  • Masters degree in Human Resource Development, Organizational Change Management or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with sales process and goals to drive growth.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, utilizing project management principles, tools, and techniques to ensure timely completion within budget.
  • 5+ years understanding, interpreting and analyzing learning needs assessments, ability to identify training gaps and developing learning curriculums in collaboration with Learning & Development. Work with subject matter experts and Learning & Development to develop content that leverages various modalities.

Practical knowledge of learning implementation and employee development:
  • 3+ years of in-depth understanding of various sales methodologies and best practices, with a track record of designing and delivering effective sales training programs. Prior successful experience in a sales enablement role (preferred).
  • 5+ years of leading and managing transformation initiatives, driving cultural change, and aligning organizational structures with strategic goals. Familiarity with change management theories and practices, with the ability to lead change initiatives and manage resistance effectively.

Wipfli values fair, transparent, and competitive compensation, considering each candidate's unique skills and experiences. The estimated base pay range for this role is $107,000 to $144,000, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws.
Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
