The Manager, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) is responsible for the development and execution of the overall RGM strategy for North America including Pricing, Promotions and Optimal Assortment. He/she will leverage learnings from pricing, promotions and competitive brands to create strategic recommendations across NA product lines.  These strategic recommendations will be leveraged to deliver top and/or bottom line growth.

 

What You Need to Know:

• Lead and execute RGM plans across Sales, Marketing and Finance, that will accelerate growth and market share gains across all categories

• Learn & inform the overall pricing and promo plan processes and inter-relationships (non-promo, promoted, channels), key drivers and how it impacts the customer and consumer (ie, what is the ideal price strategy for chainsaw across retailers and dealers).

• Ability to manage, analyze and internalize large amounts of data, draw insights and provide strategic recommendations.

• Advise and guide marketplace pricing and value offerings across all channels/customers and ensure that these price offerings are consistently delivered

• Collaborate with Finance on annual profitable spending of trade and promotions to support company delivery of annual revenue & EBITA targets

• Partner with Marketing and Sales on flawless execution of promotional plans

• Ensure alignment with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance) to optimize the sales plan output, leading and managing the deployment and communication with field sales team and identifies key business issues and opportunities

• Manage the day-to-day processes of the RGM team and provide ad hoc support in RGM questions for other functions

• Support executive team in determining spending priorities and the establishment of minimum ROI standards

• Lead, manage and develop direct reports.

 

What We Are Looking For:

• 6+ years of RGM, analytics, finance experience.

• College degree required, ideally with a specialization in business analytics/Finance/Math

• Strong knowledge and experience leveraging advanced analytics

• Advanced writing and communication skills, able to interact and persuade individuals at levels senior to him/her as well as cross-functionally

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment

• Strong initiative and the ability to be self-directed in prioritizing and completing tasks

• Proven ability to influence decision makers across an organization; ability to inspire, motivate and hold a team accountable

• Ability to devise and deliver persuasive presentations, based on data-driven insights and facts to gain support for business strategies and initiatives
