Job Description

Under the leadership of the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations Strategy & Analytics, we are hiring a Manager (or Senior Manager) of Revenue Analytics & Planning to support the Velotic go-to-market team. This role is a critical partner to Velotic’s go-to-market organization to be responsible for the production, delivery, and continuous improvement of go-to-market operational reporting, including support for CRO-level visibility.

This role is primarily accountable for ensuring operational revenue metrics are delivered accurately, consistently, and on time - supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partner leadership. The Manager will manage a small team of analysts, remain hands on in reporting execution, and partner with peers to improve reporting quality and scalability over time.

In the near term, the role will operate across multiple data streams & systems, while supporting the transition toward more standardized tooling and automation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the production and delivery of Revenue Operations owned operational reporting, including:

  • Pipeline creation, coverage, health, and movement
  • Forecast views and pipeline inspection support
  • Sales productivity, quota attainment, and capacity reporting
  • Marketing to pipeline and marketing to revenue reporting
  • Renewal, expansion, and churn risk tracking
  • Partner sourced pipeline and performance views
  • Ensure all reporting & visibility is delivered on a predictable cadence, clearly understood by stakeholders, and consistent across tools and audiences
  • Support the CRO organization’s operating rhythm by ensuring reporting is ready for weekly pipeline and forecast reviews, monthly performance reviews, and quarterly planning and capacity discussions
  • Continuous Improvement & Input: While definitions largely come from elsewhere, this role provides feedback on metric clarity, usefulness, and gaps a suggests incremental improvements to reports and dashboards.
  • Partners with RevOps Systems, IT, and Finance on:
    • Data quality issues
    • Automation opportunities
    • Tool enhancements
  • Helps evolve reporting from near term solutions toward more scalable approaches
  • Lead and mentor a small team of revenue/data analysts which require setting priorities, reviewing work product for quality & consistency, and overall skill development
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and policies

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or other related studies
  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Analytics, or Finance within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated expertise producing operational go-to-market reporting and analytics
  • Proven experience managing and mentoring analytics teams
  • Deep working knowledge of pipeline mechanics, sales forecasting, and sales productivity/capacity reporting
  • Strong understanding of B2B software go-to-market motions and revenue cycles
  • Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for executive stakeholders
