  • Track adoption and commercial performance, including pipeline influence, conversion, win rate, retention, expansion, and price realization, and adjust strategies based on results.

  • Communicate priorities, insights, risks, and recommendations clearly to executives and cross-functional partners.

What We Are Looking For

  • Demonstrated ownership of a product, portfolio, or line of business and a record of turning market insight into adoption, growth, or improved commercial performance.

  • Hands-on experience with pricing and packaging, TAM/SAM/SOM analysis, segmentation, customer research, competitive intelligence, positioning, messaging, and product launches.

  • Experience building customer advocacy programs, developing testimonials, and creating case studies that connect customer outcomes to market positioning and revenue growth.

  • Experience partnering with enterprise Sales, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing teams through complex decisions and launches.

  • Strong people leadership with the judgment to set direction, delegate meaningful ownership, give clear feedback, and step into the work when needed.

  • Commercial and analytical fluency, including the ability to structure ambiguous questions, test assumptions, interpret data, and make defensible recommendations.

  • Excellent writing, storytelling, presentation, project management, and executive communication skills, with the ability to make complex products and decisions easy to understand and move cross-functional teams toward action.
