This is a remote position and can be located anywhere in the US.

Position Purpose: Manages the day-to-day delivery of HR Contact Center services in an accurate, timely and high-quality customer service manner for enterprise-wide HR inquiries. Accountable for overall staff resource management and process flows to ensure the HR inquiry tickets and Contact Center calls are resolved or reassigned to appropriate expert resources based on priority level and defined service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Responsible for effective processes that identify and coordinate Tier 1 HR systems business process improvements and business requirements executed in an agile, compliant and operational excellence manner.
  • Monitors representatives’ quality and overall service center trends to identify areas of improvement.
  • Acts as the business administrator for the HR Contact Center, leveraging call center technology and HR case management.
  • Manages the development of strategic and intra-day tactical forecasts to enable the HR Contact Center to meet established service level agreements, and proactively ensures proper staffing.
  • Creates status and trend reports through available analytics.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in a Customer Service Center or Human Resources role.
License/Certification:
PHR or SPHR preferred

Pay Range: $86,000.00 - $154,700.00 per year

Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.  Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
