We’re seeking an HR Generalist who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is looking to deepen their experience while growing their career in HR. The ideal candidate brings enthusiasm, adaptability, and a strong sense of ownership while supporting the U.S. Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner teams. This fully remote role focuses on delivering an exceptional employee experience across recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, and leave management. Reporting to the Sr. Director of HR, the Generalist will also contribute to HR operational projects and process documentation, partnering closely with both the HRBP and TA teams.

Duties/Responsibilities

Sources candidates and coordinates interviews for entry- to mid-level roles; provides support for mid- to senior-level recruiting as needed.

Serves as the primary liaison between Ansira and the leave management vendor; manages leave requests, reviews claims, resolves issues, and communicates updates to HR Business Partners.

Advises managers and employees on leave-related matters, including FMLA, state-specific programs, and short-/long-term disability.

Coordinates onboarding and offboarding processes, including system access, first-day communications, and exit interviews, ensuring a seamless employee experience.

Maintains and updates policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the HRBP and Talent Acquisition teams.

Manages and maintains the HR SharePoint site to ensure employees have easy access to current HR policies and resources.

Approves designated business processes within the HRIS system.

Supports managers and employees in leveraging self-service tools, identifying usage trends, and developing new resources as needed.

Contributes to additional HR projects, initiatives, and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of experience in an HR support role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and candidate selection.

Knowledge of FMLA, state-specific leave programs, and relevant federal and state employment laws.

Strong aptitude for learning new systems and improving processes.

Experience with Workday preferred; HRIS and/or ATS experience required.

Solid understanding of compliance requirements and employment regulations.

Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage shifting priorities and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.
