How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead the Residential Multi-Tenant Sales department to consistently surpass sales goals and yield targets
- Supervise and develop all Multi-Tenant Sales staff and service partners, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training
- Monitor payroll processes and verify accurate commission calculations for team members
- Communicate current market offers to sales staff, ensuring compliance and optimal use of strategies
- Manage and assign leads, overseeing territory distribution and performance for all Multi-Tenant personnel
- Address employee relations, providing coaching, performance appraisals and safety training to foster professional growth
- Support sales operations with approximately 80 percent office work and 20 percent field work, adapting to business needs

- Primarily office-based with some field exposure and travel as required
What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing or equivalent experience
Experience
- 2+ years of sales experience
- 2+ years of sales management experience
Skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Ability to manage and motivate others to achieve targets
- Ability to use personal computer and software applications such as word processing and spreadsheets
- Vision abilities include close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record and auto insurance
