What We Do:

Huntress is a fully remote, global team of passionate experts and ethical badasses on a mission to break down the barriers to cybersecurity. Whether creating purpose-built security solutions, hunting down hackers, or impacting our community, our people go above and beyond to change the security game and make a real difference.

Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress protects all businesses—not just the 1%—with enterprise-grade, fully owned, and managed cybersecurity products at the price of an affordable SaaS application. The Huntress difference is our One Team advantage: our technology is designed with our industry-defining Security Operations Center (SOC) in mind and is never separated from our service.

We protect 3M+ endpoints and 1M+ identities worldwide, elevating underresourced IT teams with protection that works as hard as they do. As long as hackers keep hacking, Huntress keeps hunting.

What You’ll Do:

Huntress seeks an inspirational leader to coach and mentor our Managed Service Provider (MSP) sales team. This high-impact, high-visibility role reports to the Regional Director of MSP Sales. Additionally, the manager will work cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Sales Development, Revenue Leadership, and Marketing.

Success in this velocity sales motion will be measured by the new logo and first-year expansion metrics, as well as the ability to drive activity and outcomes across a team of individual contributors. You will lead a group of 5-7 Account Executives focused on the MSP space.

  • Achieve a team plan based on both new logo metrics and first-year expansion rates in a velocity sales motion
  • Deal inspection and forward movement based on the MEDDPICC framework
  • Accurately forecast 30-90 days out based on deal reviews and leading indicators
  • Work closely with Sales Development and Sales Engineering to manage the pipeline and align technical resources for your team
  • Travel requirements 10% of the time

  • 3+ years of experience managing Account Executive teams or managing sales teams, ideally focused on the MSP space.
  • A strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices is a plus
