We’re looking for a Manager, Measurement to join our growing Integrated Intelligence (I²) team. In this role, you’ll lead the measurement and analysis of marketing activities—turning data into meaningful insights and actionable stories. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day reporting, managing timelines, and supporting performance analyses across integrated digital campaigns. You’ll also partner with senior leaders to deliver both standard and ad hoc reporting, communicating findings to internal and external stakeholders.

This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or San Francisco—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs
Execute recurring and ad hoc measurement reporting for digital campaigns, including accurate data pulls and initial insights.
Translate data into clear, actionable stories through thoughtful analysis and visualizations.
Present findings in a polished, professional way to internal and external audiences.
Collaborate cross-functionally with account, media, and strategy teams to support analytics deliverables.
Contribute to internal brainstorming, process improvements, and team development initiatives.
Mentor junior analysts in digital measurement, reporting best practices, and insight generation.

2–3+ years of experience in media marketing analytics and campaign measurement.
Deep understanding of integrated digital campaigns, including paid media strategy and buying (across display, search, and social).
Experience generating cross-channel performance reporting and insights, with the ability to tie KPIs to business impact.
Familiarity with key martech and analytics platforms, including:
Ad platforms: SA360, GCM, Meta
DSPs: DV360, The Trade Desk (TTD), PulsePoint
Web analytics: GA4, Adobe Analytics
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data management platforms (e.g., Databricks).
SQL knowledge strongly preferred.
Healthcare marketing experience and familiarity with health-specific datasets (e.g., claims, NPI data, specialty pharmacy, Veeva) strongly preferred.
Strategic thinking and a strong grasp of measurement frameworks, ensuring insights are both actionable and aligned to business goals.
Pay Range: $73,000-85,000
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Working with Real HART: Since the pandemic, we have adapted to how our people told us they want to work. We have office locations in cities in the US, UK, and Europe with many employees and clients that serve as hubs where and when they need us. For employees who are within an hour of one of our offices, we expect attendance in the office two days per week, either at a Real Chemistry office or onsite with clients.
