As a Manager, Integrated Marketing, you will lead the planning and execution of priority go-to-market (GTM) campaigns that support key business initiatives across the firm, including service line (ex: Advisory) and select alliance marketing programs.
This role is focused on campaign orchestration and delivery excellence - partnering with business and marketing leaders to translate strategy into structured campaign plans, coordinated execution, and measurable outcomes. You will serve as the central point of coordination for complex, high-visibility campaigns, ensuring alignment across teams and delivering programs on time and with impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of integrated GTM campaigns, translating business priorities into clear campaign plans (objectives, audiences, messaging, channels, timelines, and success metrics).
- Own campaign project management, establishing detailed plans, milestones, roles/responsibilities, and timelines to ensure coordinated, on-time delivery.
- Partner with the Advisory and Alliance Marketing Lead to intake strategy, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment throughout campaign execution.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams (service lines, industries, field marketing, brand, content, digital, PR/comms, alliances), managing dependencies, aligning priorities, and removing blockers.
- Drive integrated, multi-channel execution across email, web, content, social, paid media, events, and nurture programs to deliver cohesive campaign experiences.
- Ensure consistency and quality of messaging and assets, aligning to firm narratives and, where applicable, alliance partner guidelines.
- Support executive and alliance activation efforts by coordinating development of messaging, thought leadership, and activation toolkits (e.g., social, email, events, co-branded initiatives).
- Maintain strong execution discipline through status tracking, stakeholder communications, risk management, and documentation of decisions and deliverables.
- Build and apply repeatable campaign frameworks and playbooks to improve speed, scalability, and consistency of GTM execution.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, including engagement, meeting generation, and pipeline influence, and drive continuous optimization.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve efficiency in planning, content development, and performance reporting.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience & Capabilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 6–8+ years of B2B marketing experience in complex, matrixed environments (professional services preferred)
- Proven experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong project/program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Experience supporting alliance or partner marketing initiatives (e.g., co-branded campaigns) is a plus
- Ability to translate business strategy into actionable marketing plans and deliverables
- Demonstrated success working across cross-functional teams, influencing without direct authority
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to provide clear updates and drive alignment
- Data-driven mindset, with experience tracking and interpreting performance metrics (e.g., engagement, pipeline, ROI)
- High attention to detail and commitment to execution quality in fast-paced environments
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance marketing workflows, content development, and reporting is strongly preferred
