- Lead and motivate the Commission Systems team through shifting priorities for projects and enterprise initiatives
- Oversee the Change Request intake process, ensuring requests are fully documented and submitted promptly
- Provide consultative support to stakeholders to identify, prioritize and recommend solutions for competing requests
- Resolve roadblocks and mitigate risks by acting as an escalation point to ensure successful on-time project delivery
- Delegate and align resources to guarantee completion of work and business continuity
- Coordinate kick-off meetings for major development projects and maintain project documentation for stakeholder review
- Manage project tasks for commission systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver quality features and user experience
- Partner with QA teams to develop and execute test plans, ensuring business specifications and technical requirements are met
- Compile, analyze and present complex data related to system configuration, recommending scalable solutions and automation opportunities

Required Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

- 5+ years of project management experience
