What We Need: 

We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and collaborative Manager to join our Business Insights & Analytics team. As a Manager, Business Insights & Analytics, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop dashboards, analyze trends, and deliver actionable insights that drive operational and strategic decisions. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in analytics who’s ready to take the next step in their career. 

What You Will Do: 

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business operations and strategic initiatives. 
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, finance, and product to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions. 
  • Build and maintain models to support forecasting, performance tracking, and decision-making. 
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights and recommendations. 
  • Support data quality initiatives and partner with data engineering to improve data infrastructure. 

What You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. 
  • 4+ years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or a related role. 
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Sigma) 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous learning.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. 
  • Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis. 
  • Exposure to financial modeling or operational analytics.
