What You Will Do…
        • Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of dashboards, scorecards, and automated analytics tools.
        • Analyze sales, operational, and execution performance data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and clear business actions.
        • Develop and monitor KPIs that measure sales execution, route performance, operational effectiveness, and business health.
        • Drive reporting standardization, governance, and best practices to ensure consistent, accurate, and scalable analytics.
        • Partner with Field Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
        • Support strategic initiatives through advanced analysis, performance measurement, forecasting, and business case development.
        • Communicate insights and recommendations through concise reporting, presentations, and data storytelling.
        • Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate reporting, and enhance decision-making through data-driven solutions.
        • Lead or support cross-functional projects focused on analytics modernization, reporting enhancements, and continuous improvement.
        • Build team capability and foster collaboration, innovation, and customer-focused problem solving.
    Who You Will Work With…
    You will work closely with Field Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Revenue Growth Management, IT, Customer Planning, Category Insights, and leadership teams to deliver analytics solutions, performance measurement tools, and strategic insights that drive business results.
    What You Bring to the Table… (Must Have)
        • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
        • 5+ years of experience in business analytics, category management, data science, sales & operations reporting, or related disciplines.
        • Experience building and managing reporting solutions, dashboards, and performance measurement frameworks.
        • Advanced abilities in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
        • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
        • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
        • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing decisions through data-driven recommendations.
    It Would Be Great If You Have… (Nice to Have)
        • Consumer Packaged Goods and/or Direct Store Delivery experience.
        • Experience with reporting governance, analytics standardization, and business intelligence strategy.
        • Knowledge of data modeling, automation, and modern analytics platforms.
        • Experience leading analytics transformation, process improvement, or change management initiatives.
        • Experience managing or mentoring analysts and analytics professionals.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between 

$117,000-$160,900

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
