Leads enterprise chemical safety, food toxicology, ingredient and packaging safety, analytical chemistry governance, laboratory strategy, incident response, regulatory engagement, and risk mitigation. Serves as senior technical authority, evaluates scientific and regulatory information, supports recalls and escalations, develops standards and metrics, represents the company externally, and builds technical team capabilities across manufacturing, suppliers, laboratories, and corporate functions.

Serve as a strategic talent advisor delivering end-to-end recruitment for corporate roles. Build sourcing pipelines, advise hiring leaders on selection strategy, use Workday and sourcing tools, leverage market intelligence and data to improve hiring outcomes, and partner with HR, compensation, and business stakeholders to meet diversity, quality, and speed objectives.

Design and implement scalable, secure enterprise data solutions on Databricks and Azure using Delta Lake and Medallion Architecture. Lead and mentor data engineering teams; define integration patterns, governance, security (Unity Catalog, RBAC, masking, row/column-level security), and CI/CD/IaC practices. Ensure data quality, lineage, monitoring, and optimize Spark/Delta workloads for performance and cost while aligning solutions with business needs.
