Your Impact
The primary purpose of this role is to coordinate communication requests from across the business and execute quality, professional content across internal communications vehicles (email, intranets, social business platforms, digital signage, etc.) for more than 300,000 employees in the corporate offices, stores and distribution centers under the direction of the Director of Internal Communications.
The Corporate Communications Sr. Specialist must be able to triage multiple communications requests; help create communications processes to drive efficiency on the team and support the Internal Communications team by creating and disseminating communications about Lowe's corporate initiatives and objectives. This role is critical to Lowe's because it works closely with all of corporate communications, as well as business partners across the company to communicate company wins, keep employees informed on company strategy and drive a purpose-driven culture across locations, and equipping employees with information they need to perform their jobs and understand how their work is connected to the company's mission.

What You Will Do
- Works collaboratively with team members to write, edit, and execute content for internal communications channels, including but not limited to email, intranet, print, internal social platforms and digital signage
- Works collaboratively with team members to execute communication plans
- Responds to internal communications requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintains and creates distribution lists
- Performs minimal graphic design through the use of Adobe Canva or Photoshop and be able to articulate creative needs to support communications
- Maintains communication relationships with business partners
- Assists Corporate Communications Managers and Director on special projects, as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
