Job Description:

The Machine Operator role at the Faison location provides support key initiative to improve performance throughout the plant. Perform with efficiency, all phases of work available in throughout the facility.  You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Start Machine and adjust machinery when necessary to improve performance.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance with proper.
• Clean Machinery and maintain cleanliness in work area.
• Ability to assemble and disassemble assigned equipment in a safe manner.
• Comply with all safety and health regulations.

Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on 1 shift, which operates from 5am-2pm Monday through Friday with some Saturdays/Sundays.

About You:

You’ll fit right in if you have:

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written.
• The ability to work overtime and weekends.
• Must be able to work in a hot, non-air-conditioned atmosphere. About to work outside during inclement weather.
• Ability to work with team to drive improved performance.
