About the Role

We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer ****who is passionate about deploying impactful machine learning solutions at scale. In this role, you will focus on building, integrating, and optimizing ML systems in production environments. You will play a key part in shaping the technical direction of our data and ML platform and ensuring that our solutions deliver real business value to our customers

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain machine learning models in production environments.

  • Collaborate with product and platform engineering teams to develop prototypes and scale them into robust, scalable solutions.

  • Develop automation pipelines for continuous integration and delivery of ML solutions.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in deployed ML systems to ensure reliability and performance.

  • Contribute to architectural decisions and help define best practices for ML deployment.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends in ML operations and deployment technologies.

Background and Experience

  • 3+ years successfully deploying and maintaining machine learning models in production.

  • 5+ years of combined professional experience in ML/AI and software engineering

  • Experience with NLP solutions strongly preferred.

  • Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and data technologies (data lake, data warehouse).

  • Familiarity with ML development and deployment tools and frameworks.

  • Solid programming skills in Python and experience with CI/CD pipelines.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for delivering impactful solutions.

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

  • Experience influencing technical direction or contributing to architectural decisions is a plus.
