We care about our people and our communities, and we look for ways to uplift people first. Wherever your journey’s going, we can help you get there.

Join Our Team!

We're looking for an innovative and customer-focused individual who brings a strategic mindset and creative problem-solving skills to manage the execution of targeted communications, including, but not limited to, Retail Media Network and Age-Restricted campaigns. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with category/business owners to develop targeted campaigns that drive meaningful behavioral changes and measurable business outcomes. You’ll need to bring your project management toolkit to ensure the seamless and timely delivery of the targeted campaigns.

Our ideal candidate would be:

Campaign strategist – expertise in building compelling campaigns through strategic thinking, data mining, and collaboration with category/business owners.

Project manager – solid experience in project management; able to create project plans with clear tasks, manage timelines, prioritize work effectively, and communicate effectively to set clear expectations with stakeholders.

Proven collaborator – able to get things done without formal authority; working across internal and external partners, geographies, and levels across the organization to build a positive connection with our members via compelling targeted campaigns.

What You Will Do

Here are just a few ways that you’ll help make journeys better:

Campaign Management

  • Planning & intake management: Act as the primary point of contact for Retail Media Network and Age-Restricted campaigns. You start by understanding the business needs and objectives of the category/business owners, then lead ideation and manage end-to-end campaign development – from gathering and sharing information to execution.
  • Campaign development & management: Manage the development and execution of targeted campaigns. You synthesize the requests from category/business owners, brief the Inner Circle team, build creative concept briefs, and work with the team to develop a campaign as well as a measurement plan to evaluate the outcome. You’ll need to become an expert in our capabilities and capacity to effectively contribute to the development.
  • Collaboration & change management: Work closely with internal and external teams, including Marketing & Brand Creative, Loyalty, Retail Media Network, Data & Analytics, and Category/Business owners to manage the full end-to-end campaign process to ensure seamless and timely execution. Effectively manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring stakeholders are informed and aligned.

Communications Support

  • Oversee the development of Retail Media Network and Age-Restricted communications collateral, including brief creation and proofing, to ensure that it is consistent with our brand standards and optimized for each communication channel.
  • Provide copyediting support for brand adherence, grammar, and clarity.
  • Help maintain the loyalty campaign calendar to understand/evaluate customer impact from all communication campaigns as well as to set clear expectations with stakeholders.
  • Support the execution/optimization of ad-hoc communications and national campaigns.
  • Leverage A/B testing to continually optimize regional campaigns.

Ad-hoc Responsibilities

  • Derive insights from dashboards; effectively translate analytics into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor and share industry trends and best practices.
  • Ad-hoc problem solving and day-to-day tasks as needed to support the needs of the team.
  • Flexible with working hours to support global ways of working.

What You Need

We want you to join our team! Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in project management, marketing communications, or similar role.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and coordination skills to deliver effective campaigns.
  • Experience with marketing, email, SMS, and/or web marketing is preferred.
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
