We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support daily logistics and supply chain operations across the US. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to grow in logistics and supply chain. Responsibilities
  • Support daily shipping and logistics activities, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Coordinate transportation with carriers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams.
  • Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, and tracking records.
  • Update logistics and inventory data in internal systems and tools.
  • Communicate shipment status updates to internal and external teams.
  • Help resolve delivery delays, missing documentation, or damaged goods reports.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and shipping regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to internal teams.
  • Onboard new logistics providers.

Requirements
  • Prefer 1-3 years of experience in logistics coordination, shipping, or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of domestic and international shipping procedures.
  • Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or logistics management tools (ERP/WMS experience a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn within a fast-paced operations team.
