We are ARB Interactive, the team behind Modo Casino, one of the top Social+ platforms in the US. Founded in 2022, we've grown to nearly 200 team members and were named one of LinkedIn's 2025 Top 50 Startups in the United States. We move fast, think big, and love bold ideas that push boundaries (and buttons). From new rewards to fresh game mechanics, every challenge is a chance to innovate and have fun doing it. Our culture is collaborative, curious, and full of laughter because great ideas grow best between coffee, code, and a few epic high-fives.
About the roleWe're hiring a Live Ops Specialist to help us scale Modo Boxes, our newest product on the gaming platform. You'll own the day-to-day build, configuration, and QA of the boxes that ship to players, along with the catalog items that go inside them.
This is hands-on, precision work. You'll take briefs from our Live Ops Lead and stakeholders across the company, turn them into correctly configured boxes, and get them out the door clean and on schedule. The volume is real and the details matter, so we're looking for someone who takes pride in getting it right and isn't afraid to push back when a brief doesn't add up.
What you'll doBuild and configure Modo Boxes: contents, drop rates, eligibility rules, schedules, and player-facing copy
QA each box before launch and fix issues before they go live
Create the catalog items that feed into boxes, both physical and virtual, with clean metadata and economy parameters
Keep the catalog organized so nothing gets lost, duplicated, or stale
Sanity-check the math and configuration on every build
Flag problems early: wrong drop rates, broken eligibility, conflicting events, unclear briefs
Coordinate with the Live Ops Lead, Design, Product, and Engineering as needed
Track how your boxes performed after launch and bring ideas for what to try next
Contribute to checklists, templates, and docs that make the team faster
2+ years in live ops, game operations, CMS configuration, or a similar back-office role
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to high-volume, precision work
Critical thinking. You question briefs, double-check your own math, and catch problems before they go live
Comfortable managing multiple builds in parallel without losing track
Clear written communication and ability to give and take constructive feedback
Genuine interest in games and live operations
Experience with live ops tooling, CMS platforms, or virtual economies
Background in mobile games, social casino, or another live ops product
Comfortable in spreadsheets for QA'ing economy values
Experience writing process docs or building templates for repeatable work
