The role is hands-on and suited to an early-career creative with strong social media fluency and brand voice awareness.

Lead end-to-end organic growth across SEO, ASO, and emerging LLM/GEO surfaces. Build technical SEO and ASO programs, prioritize high-impact roadmaps, run experiments, report on business impact, and collaborate with engineering, product, content, and leadership to scale organic user and revenue growth.

Own end-to-end design for mobile casino, bingo, and social games, including core mechanics, bonus features, monetization, virtual economies, UX/UI, LiveOps, and seasonal content. Lead vision, strategy, and operations for live events, promotions, and player engagement to drive retention and monetization. Build and grow the live ops team, set KPIs, ensure flawless event execution, resolve operational issues, and partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Commercial Insights to optimize promotion economics and long-term player experience.
