Leave of Absence Administrative Assistant

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Human Resources department.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist the department with general clerical duties and special projects
• Answer phones promptly and answer employee questions or assist the employee with getting to the best person to answer their question
• Make photocopies and scan paperwork
• Organize and assemble paperwork to mail or distribute to employees and managers
• Review invoices from vendors to ensure accuracy
• Process workflows in SAP
• Respond to emails and send responses in a timely and professional manner
• Handle sensitive or confidential employee information in accordance with policies and regulations
• Assist the manager with Human Resources projects
• Provide Service 2.OD to internal and external customers

Job Qualifications

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent

Experience:

• 1 year of administrative experience in human resources
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
