Lead and support Workday HCM and related HR systems: troubleshoot, configure, manage integrations and EIB loads, build business processes, reports and dashboards, perform data reconciliations and testing, train users, mentor HRIS associates, and support module rollouts and upgrades.

Supervise a shift/section at an LTL service center to ensure safety, efficient loading/unloading, staffing, training, compliance (OSHA/DOT), and productivity. Use AS400/BLU/DYMS systems, conduct inspections and meetings, operate a forklift as needed, coordinate pickups/deliveries, manage paperwork, and support continuous improvement.

Supervise and train Accounts Payable staff, manage AP operations (including 1099s, unclaimed property, wire/ACH entry, voids/reversals), support month-end closings, reconciliations and bank reconciliations, implement process improvements and controls, monitor refunds/credits and payment fraud protections, and perform expense trend analysis and journal entries.

Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls and emails for expedited shipments; monitor deliveries, quote/book and edit orders; provide accurate shipment information, exceptional customer service, and mentor less-experienced staff.

Provide day-to-day administrative support to HR including answering employee inquiries, photocopying/scanning, organizing and mailing paperwork, processing SAP workflows, reviewing vendor invoices, handling confidential information, assisting HR projects, and responding to emails and phone requests promptly.

Provide administrative safety support: maintain accurate records and driver file compliance, handle traffic violation and drug testing inquiries, answer calls and emails, distribute interdepartmental communications, and store confidential documents.

Support database maintenance and security by performing basic DBA tasks: backups, monitoring, user access management, simple SQL queries, documentation, troubleshooting, and assisting senior DBAs with upgrades and replication.

Lead QA for multiple application delivery projects: coordinate with managers, developers, BAs and product owners; create and execute manual and regression test cases; implement QA best practices; consolidate and report defects and test results; assist automation and performance testing; troubleshoot blockers and support production issue resolution.

Lead and mentor DBAs while ensuring availability, performance, backup/recovery, HA/DR and security of mission-critical databases. Drive tuning, replication, upgrades, automation, deployments, incident troubleshooting, and tool assessments across production and non-production environments. Participate in on-call rotation and collaborate with developers and IT teams to implement scalable database solutions.

Design and lead enterprise application delivery and DevOps architecture. Develop CI/CD, cloud/PaaS, containerization, resiliency, monitoring, and integration solutions. Translate enterprise architecture into logical designs, mentor teams, and ensure delivered solutions meet functional, performance, and operational requirements.

Process accurate, company-wide weekly payroll (SAP) and mileage pay (AS400); maintain employee master file data; handle direct deposit and negotiable checks; reconcile payroll accounts; provide timely employee payroll support and complete payroll-related forms and verifications.

Review new liability claims, set initial property-damage reserves, determine subrogation potential, organize and scan documents into the claims system (BIPD), order police reports, review police reports for DOT placement, maintain and dispose closed files, and communicate with service center personnel to correct claim information.
