Manage content plans, calendars, and publishing in AEM/Knak; apply SEO, structured data, and analytics to measure and improve performance. Collaborate with stakeholders, proofread and author multi-format content, and use AI tools to support personalization and content reuse.

Manage past-due accounts by contacting customers to resolve disputes and collect payments, research billing and cash application issues, coordinate with internal teams and third parties, prepare spreadsheets and documentation to facilitate collections, and communicate account status to sales and management.

Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and integrations using Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce. Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and support Tableau Server/Cloud, collaborate with analysts and admins, troubleshoot issues, and ensure security and data integrity.

Audit and reconcile payroll data between Workday and SAP, prepare payroll journal entries, support month/quarter/year-end close, ensure payroll compliance, produce reports, and assist payroll system implementations and cross-functional issue resolution.

Lead and support Workday HCM and related HR systems: troubleshoot, configure, manage integrations and EIB loads, build business processes, reports and dashboards, perform data reconciliations and testing, train users, mentor HRIS associates, and support module rollouts and upgrades.

Provide 3rd-level technical support for PCs, laptops and thin clients: image and reimage systems, install and troubleshoot Windows desktop software, manage warranty parts, maintain asset and service-desk records, scan and remediate security vulnerabilities, and report recurring hardware/software issues to leadership.
