About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Learning Program Coordinator to support our team and partners in delivering impactful training experiences. This role will be responsible for coordinating training sessions (both in-person and virtual), supporting the Learning Solutions & Programs (LS&P) team, coordinating engagements with customers through pilot project initiatives, and managing administrative responsibilities for training sessions.
- Schedule and organize learning engagements for internal teams, partners, and customers, including large-scale events.
- Act as the liaison between our team (LS&P) and Shared Services to coordinate logistics for both virtual and in-person training.
- Assist program managers in engaging with customers and partners to ensure their needs are met.
- Analyze data and gather insights to inform future projects and improve learning programs.
- Collaborate with the Learning Solutions Specialist (LSS) to deliver customized learning paths for customers. This involves managing customer interactions, tracking enrollments before training sessions, and coordinating with other teams such as Advisory Services and Customer Success.
Required
- 2+ years in program coordination, event planning, or training operations (preferably in a tech or SaaS environment).
- Experience working with global, distributed teams.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders across varying timezones.
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS), virtual meeting platforms, and collaboration software.
- Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Preferred
- Experience supporting large-scale training events or partner enablement programs.
- Familiarity with Atlassian products or similar collaboration tools.
