About your role

As a Learning & Development Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the effective management of our Learning Management System (LMS), reviewing learning content, and ensuring our training programs evolve based on feedback and learning gaps. You’ll collaborate with a diverse team to drive continuous improvement in our training initiatives, ultimately supporting the professional growth of all employees across Rocket Lawyer.

Reports to: VP of People Operations
Location: Remote, but you must be located in AZ, CO, NC, or UT during the internship.
Duration: June 9, 2025 - August 15, 2025, working 40 hours per week

How you will make a difference day to day

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining the Learning Management System, ensuring all courses and resources are current, accessible, and aligned with company needs.
  • Help review existing learning materials and content, ensuring they are relevant, engaging, and accessible to all learners. Collaborate with the team to identify gaps in content based on employee feedback, performance data, and learning trends.
  • Support the assessment of training programs by gathering and analyzing feedback from learners, completion rates, and performance outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting on the success of training programs, making recommendations for improvements based on both quantitative and qualitative feedback.

What you’ll need

  • Strong interest in learning and development, education, or talent management.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for helping others grow and succeed.
  • Ability to manage and organize information in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Comfort with technology, including working with learning management systems or similar platforms (prior experience is a plus, but not required).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
  • An inclusive mindset, always thinking about how to make learning opportunities accessible and engaging for everyone.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and contribute to projects with a positive attitude.

Compensation

Base salary range by location:

  • Utah, Arizona, North Carolina: $23.60
  • Colorado: $27.20

 

 

 

Actual compensation packages are determined by various factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, specific work location, and performance during the interview process.
