Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Manages, develops and motivates employees.

- 5+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment
- 5+ years of experience using LEAN Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement practices and tools in the workplace
- 5+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams
- 5+ years of experience in a role which required strong interpersonal and communication skills
- 5+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course 'Exploring Leadership'
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor degree in engineering discipline
- 5+ years in related work experience
- Experience driving business transformation and/or lean adoption in a manufacturing
- Lean Six Sigma Certification
- 5+ years of experience implementing lean principles
- 5+ years of experience teaching Lean+ tools and concepts
- 5+ years of experience working with the Boeing Problem Solving Model
