  • In partnership with the creative director, ensure brand consistency across all campaigns and partnership communications.

Events & Community Engagement

  • Manage event strategy, logistics, partner integration, and vendor relationships.
  • Strengthen CPI’s role as an active community partner in the regions we serve.

Budget Management, Analytics & Insights

  • Support the broader Marketing organization in planning, forecasting, and optimizing the overall marketing budget to ensure strategic alignment and effective resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track campaign and partnership performance.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategy, improve outcomes, and guide future investment decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with PR, Sales, Digital, Operations, and Leadership to ensure marketing and partnership initiatives align with company-wide objectives.
  • Work with PR to generate media coverage for major partnerships, events, and brand initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sports Marketing, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy, partnership management, community engagement, or sponsorship leadership.
  • Proven ability to lead integrated marketing initiatives and manage complex partnerships.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with demonstrated success in multi-year partnerships.
  • Experience managing events or experiential marketing programs with strong attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
  • Must be located at CPI’s Corporate Headquarters in Charlotte, NC.
