In this Role, You Will
- Lead complex, enterprise-wide technology initiatives with significant strategic and technical impact.
- Establish and influence engineering best practices, ensuring delivery of secure, scalable, and resilient solutions.
- Design, develop, test, debug, and document high-quality applications across multiple projects.
- Evaluate complex technology architectures and solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives and enterprise strategy.
- Make key engineering decisions that guide the adoption of emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, and industry experts to resolve sophisticated technical challenges.
- Provide leadership to project teams and mentor engineers across various levels.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- 5+ years of experience developing single-page applications using Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as React.js, Next.js, Tailwind, or Bootstrap.
- 2+ years of experience in technical solutioning role.
- 2+ years of experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or foundation models.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience using GenAI orchestration frameworks (e.g., ADK, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex).
- 3+ years of experience with cloud or container platforms, including GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and enterprise-grade application security principles.
- Familiarity with building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Contributions to open-source projects related to AI or software engineering.
- Passionate about building AI solutions
- Experience in the financial services industry.
